I remember in middle school most of the black and hispanic kids were banging away like little rabbits even at the age of like 12 or 13. I have heard that a lot start banging even at like 9 or 10. White kids usually wait until like 16 or 17 or so. Why is this? I have heard that blacks and hispanics have higher testosterone.
