When did black people start talking in a fast talking ghetto accent?

Well when gangsta rap came out it seems ever since blacks have been very ghetto.Language accents way of speaking change over generations.a 20 year old black female used to sound like an old lady back in the 1960's or maybe an old lady just talks how she is used to talking in her generation.|||Define a "ghetto" accent? Because not all black people sound the same, especially when they all live in different parts of the world.|||Have you met every black person to claim that and especially I talk nothing like that at all either. Not every black person is ghetto or from the ghettos, that's generalizing. And what the hell is talking like a 20 yr old and old black woman and better yet, talking like a black female or black person period? That's like saying "when did ghetto or redneck white people start talking slowly with a redneck country accent" and is it because most are from the south, live on a barnyard, listen to bluegrass music playing with banjos and are all from the KKK movement?|||They just choose to talk like idiots.
