What is black mold and is it found in a common cigarette?

I am interested in finding out if "black mold" is found in cigarette smoke. I know a heavy smoker who insists she is suddenly getting headaches due to having found black mold in her house.

Thanks for any information.|||There was a time I got paid good money to remove this mold and others from walls etc..

Black mold is not found in cigarette smoke, nicotine deposits are (one can tell the difference between these deposits and mold, mold is bulky I guess is the word for it. While the deposits are like a color that bleeds on a wet wall). Black mold is a lamond's term for it is black. Some mold that is black can kill. Other black mold can and will cause a person to have flu like symptoms and/or make someone very sick, headaches are only one symptom.

She needs to get into a doctor. Get her checked out. Then she needs to get home and remove this black mold from her home. Either a call in a professional or do it herself, but I can tell you it is VERY hard to remove if one does not have the chemicals, equipment to properly get out all the spoors (how it spreads, we breath these in as well) that are underneath and inside the walls, carpet, floors. If she is in a apartment complex this is even harder for it will be found within other apartments and just spreds....the landlord also needs to be told there is black mold growing.

Like a drug house where they had cooked this is taken seriously by the government here in the USA. I have seen it condemn some buildings in the Pacific Northwest part of the USA until it had been completely removed.

Good luck!|||First its not in smokes so don't worry about that, but as you know smoking has its own dangers. Now black mold is toxic spores found in dark dank places. There will almost always be moisture there. Its dangerous you you have in your home seek ways to get rid of it. It is extremely dangerous to children and elderly people and anyone with immune system deficiencies. These spores can be inhaled, absorbed through the skin or ingested in our food. some of the systems of black mold are.

UPPER RESPIRATORY PROBLEMS

DRY COUGH

SKIN RASHES

UPSET STOMACH

HEADACHES

DISORIENTATION

BLOODY NOSES

I hope this helped and I pray your home doesn't have black mold. I would still hope you can try to quit smoking I know its hard to do but you can do it.|||TAR|||black mold id found in homes with a moisture problem, and can casue many health problems. There is no black mold in cigarettes.|||Smoking has nothing to do with a black mold allergy..nothing...I am soooooooooo alergic to black mold that I have to walk around w/ tissues stuffed up my nose...(nice visual huh?)...

Best cure, dehumidifier, rip u p anything that is infested and pour bleach on it, it isn't fun, it's not the smoking, it is the mold. It's nasty...
