When did black people start talking in the hip hop accent?

Like Talking more "modern" and faster cause I was watching some 1970's movies with black people in it and they talk different than how black people talk today.Hip hop came out in the 1980's but when did people start using the hip hop speech tone or just speeded up voice tone.Slang is always changing but when did people talk more modern and not like an old man or woman.|||This is why we should be allowed to give questions themselves on Yahoo! Answers a thumbs-down. Way to generalize.|||Television is never going to be a true gauge for speech habits. People on TV are coached in how to speak. Ask black actors who have been told - by WHITE producers - that they don't "talk black enough"
