What is the difference between Black Africans and Black Americans?

Other than the obvious difference in nationalities and cultures. I don't understand why they look different from Black Americans. If we are all classified as blacks then what truly distinguises us?





We are all from the same ethnic group, so how are we so different. Iam actually asking a much deeper question then it sounds. I can't really express what I want to ask, so I hope you all understand what Iam trying to say.|||Most black Americans (and black Canadians) have QUITE a bit of racial admixture. Africans generally don't, except people who are quite obviously mixed, like some of the people in Southern Africa...|||Well, Africa is very vast continent. Egyptians and Ethopians look completely different than Nigerians and Kenyans.





But the black race is just as diverse as the countries they originate from.


They can come very, very black to brown to light brown.|||black africans are polite black americans are rude





black africans are muslims black americans are christians





black africans immigrated here because they are oppressed by their government





black americans live here on welfare and feed off from the government who waste taxpayers money|||Cause so many black people don't understand that their roots will ALWAYS trace back to Africa.





And so many Africans don't want to be called black cause black people have a bad reputation.





And Black Americans don't claim to be African cause they dont know which part they are from
