How come black people arent offended to eachother rather than white people?

How come when a white person calls a black person a ****** or anything related its offensive but when a black person says it to another black person its not as offensive? I mean what the hell is up with that?|||It means a different thing when they use it. For them, the word means "brother" or one who shared similar negative experiences. A white person can never really mean it that way unless they grew up in the hood and have been in and out of prison. When a white person generally calls black person that, they mean it with hate and as an insult. If someone calls you something and they "are one too" then the insult is lost.|||Because black people don't use the word ending in "er", they use the word ending in "a" as in ***** and with the letter change the meaning of the word changes.
