How many blacks and black latinos are there compared to those brown looking hispanics?

When I say the brown ones I mean just the brown ones and not including white "latinos"..

They are basically a minority compared to the number of mestizos in South America, Mexico, and Central America.|||Those "brown" Latinos you speak of are Mesizo. Mestizos are mixed European and Indigenous. Anyways, Blacks are a minority when it comes to Latin American countries.
